Description
A simple and satisfying skillet dinner made with ground beef, egg noodles, and a creamy mushroom sauce. Ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 cups water
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 10.5 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Stir in egg noodles.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for about 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
- Add condensed cream of mushroom soup and butter. Stir until creamy and well combined.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra cheesy twist, stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Add vegetables like peas or carrots for a nutritious boost. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
