- ½ yellow onion, diced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bag frozen diced hashbrowns (32 oz)
- ½ cup water

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and diced onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion softens.
