Cool and creamy yogurt pops that combine yogurt and fruit for a refreshing summer treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1 cup fruit puree (e.g., strawberries, mangoes, or mixed berries)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Fruit pieces (optional, for added texture)
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, fruit puree, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- For a textured treat, fold in small pieces of your favorite fruits.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes, or until solid.
- Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the pops.

Notes
Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture, and feel free to experiment with different fruit combinations.
