Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup fruit puree (e.g., strawberries, mangoes, or mixed berries)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fruit pieces (optional, for added texture)
  • Popsicle molds


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, fruit puree, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  2. For a textured treat, fold in small pieces of your favorite fruits.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes, or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the pops.
