Description

A creamy, dairy-free, gluten-free buffalo chicken dip that’s perfect for parties or quick meals, made with shredded chicken and Whole30 approved ingredients.


Ingredients

  • Kite Hill Whole30 Approved Cream Cheese (8 oz)
  • Whole30 compatible ranch
  • Hot sauce
  • Shredded chicken breast
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and set out a small baking dish.
  2. Whisk or mix the cream cheese, ranch, hot sauce, and spices until smooth, then fold in the shredded chicken until evenly coated.
  3. For the oven, spread the mixture into the dish and bake for about 30 minutes until lightly browned on top; for Instant Pot, cook on manual high for 15 minutes; for slow cooker, cook on high for about 2 hours.

Notes

Serve warm with raw veggies or homemade tostones. Adjust hot sauce for desired heat level.
