A creamy, dairy-free, gluten-free buffalo chicken dip that’s perfect for parties or quick meals, made with shredded chicken and Whole30 approved ingredients.
Ingredients
- Kite Hill Whole30 Approved Cream Cheese (8 oz)
- Whole30 compatible ranch
- Hot sauce
- Shredded chicken breast
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and set out a small baking dish.
- Whisk or mix the cream cheese, ranch, hot sauce, and spices until smooth, then fold in the shredded chicken until evenly coated.
- For the oven, spread the mixture into the dish and bake for about 30 minutes until lightly browned on top; for Instant Pot, cook on manual high for 15 minutes; for slow cooker, cook on high for about 2 hours.
Notes
Serve warm with raw veggies or homemade tostones. Adjust hot sauce for desired heat level.
