Description
A refreshing summer drink combining the sweetness of watermelon with the zest of lemon and a hint of ginger.
Ingredients
- 4 cups ripe watermelon, cubed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Optional: Sweetener (honey or agave) to taste
- Optional: Ice cubes
- Optional: Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Blend the watermelon until smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove any pulp.
- Add lemon juice and ginger, and stir well.
- Chill and serve!

Feel free to swap fresh ginger with ground ginger if that’s what you have on hand.
