Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Allow the salad to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
