- 2 racks of pork ribs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Prep the ribs by removing the membrane from the back for better seasoning absorption.
- Season the ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Bake the seasoned ribs on a lined baking sheet for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Sauce the ribs with barbecue sauce and return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
- Rest the ribs for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
