Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Barbecue sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Prep the ribs by removing the membrane from the back for better seasoning absorption.
  3. Season the ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Bake the seasoned ribs on a lined baking sheet for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  5. Sauce the ribs with barbecue sauce and return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Rest the ribs for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
