Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Tortilla salad shells (store-bought or homemade)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and prepare crispy tortilla bowls according to your recipe.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, avocado, and the cooked meat.
