Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 head of lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn
- Tortilla chips (optional)
- Sour cream (optional)
- Salsa (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning along with water as per package instructions. Simmer until thickened.
- Mix the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and diced avocado together in a large bowl.
- Top your salad with the seasoned ground beef and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, and salsa if desired.
