Description
Enjoy a homemade version of the classic Taco Bell Crunchwrap, filled with seasoned beef, nacho cheese, and fresh toppings, all crispy and golden.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 is best)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 large flour tortilla (burrito-size)
- 3 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Hot sauce, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the beef by heating a skillet over medium heat and cooking the ground beef until fully browned.
- Drain excess fat to keep the filling from getting soggy.
- Season and simmer the beef with taco seasoning according to packet directions.
- Set up your build station by laying the large tortilla flat.
- Add 1 small corn tortilla in the center of the flour tortilla.
- Spread nacho cheese sauce over the corn tortilla.
- Pile on the seasoned beef.
- Add sour cream, lettuce, and diced tomatoes on top.
- Finish with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the edges of the flour tortilla up to form a tight hexagon.
- Crisp it in the skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice and serve with hot sauce, if desired.
Notes
For extra crunch, add crushed tortilla chips before folding. Store leftover components in airtight containers.
