Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Take the salmon out of the marinade and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and caramelized.
- Serve the salmon with lemon wedges on the side for added zing.
