Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
