Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin beef, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Skewers (soaked in water if using wooden ones)
Instructions
- Whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, and paprika to create a flavorful marinade.
- Add the sirloin chunks to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the marinated beef chunks onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the kabobs for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness is achieved.
- Remove the kabobs from the grill and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate overnight. You can add bell peppers, onions, or cherry tomatoes to the skewers for extra color.
