  • 1 lb sirloin beef, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Skewers (soaked in water if using wooden ones)


Instructions

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, and paprika to create a flavorful marinade.
  2. Add the sirloin chunks to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Skewer the marinated beef chunks onto the soaked skewers.
  5. Grill the kabobs for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness is achieved.
  6. Remove the kabobs from the grill and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
