Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the filling: In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, rhubarb, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Pour the fruit mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Prepare the topping: In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the topping over the fruit mixture evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
