Ingredients

  • 250g Greek yogurt (1 cup)
  • 150g strawberries (⅔ cup, or other fruit)
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit: Wash the strawberries, pat dry, remove the stems and quarter them into small pieces.
  2. Mix the ingredients: Add strawberries, Greek yogurt, and agave syrup to a bowl. Mix with a spoon until well combined and the fruit is evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.
  3. Fill the ice cube tray: Transfer the yogurt mixture into an ice cube tray and fill each cavity evenly.
  4. Freeze until solid: Place the ice cube tray in the freezer for a couple of hours or overnight until frozen solid.
  5. Enjoy: Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the tray and let them soften for a couple of minutes before eating.

Notes

These bites can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Allow to soften slightly before eating for best texture.
