Description
Homemade Strawberry Banana Popsicles are a refreshing treat that combines the natural sweetness of strawberries and bananas with creamy yogurt. Perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) yogurt (Greek yogurt recommended)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk (any type)
- 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar or honey (to taste)
- 1 cup strawberries (about 10 medium, hulled and chopped)
- 1 ripe banana (chopped)
Instructions
- Blend the yogurt, milk, and sweetener until smooth.
- Add the chopped strawberries and banana and blend again until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 5 hours until solid.
- Remove from molds by running warm water over them for a few seconds.
Notes
Store leftover popsicles in an airtight container or freezer bag. They can last up to two months in the freezer.
