Description
Juicy sirloin steak interspersed with vibrant peppers and onions, grilled to perfection for a smoky flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds sirloin steak (cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces)
- 2 bell peppers (cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces)
- 1 red onion (cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces)
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and pepper in a Zip-loc bag.
- Marinate the steak pieces in the bag, seal it, and refrigerate for 3-6 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high, around 450-500°F.
- Prep the vegetables by cutting and tossing them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the kabobs by threading steak and vegetables onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the kabobs for 3-4 minutes on each side until medium-rare to medium doneness.
