  • 1/4 cup olives, pitted and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar until well blended.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
