Ingredients

  • Sweet bell peppers

  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice cucumbers and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Take a slice of cucumber or bell pepper, add a dollop of the cream cheese mixture, and top with an extra herb or a sprinkle of crushed nuts.
  4. Continue assembling until all ingredients are used.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftover bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the cream cheese mixture separately.
