Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sprinkling on top)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, ½ cup Parmesan, cornstarch, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange chicken in the baking dish and top each with mozzarella.
- Spoon the sour cream mixture over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are covered.
- Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until chicken reaches 165°F and sauce is bubbling.
