Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice (optional)
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute, ensuring it doesn’t burn and becomes aromatic.
- Now, add the shrimp to the skillet. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
- When cooked through, remove the skillet from heat. If desired, drizzle with fresh lemon juice for brightness.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
