Instructions

  2. Cut the sausages and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the chopped sausages, shrimp, bell peppers, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat everything evenly.
  4. Thread the mixture onto skewers, alternating sausage, shrimp, and peppers for a colorful presentation.
