Ingredients
- 40 whole spears asparagus
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Coat the asparagus lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
- Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Bake for about 12 minutes or until tender and lightly charred.
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring gently.
- Cook the butter for approximately 3 minutes until it turns golden brown.
- Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
- Drizzle the browned butter sauce over the roasted asparagus and gently toss to coat.
