  • 40 whole spears asparagus
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Coat the asparagus lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
