Instructions

  1. Smash the aromatics: In a molcajete (or a zip-top bag using a rolling pin), smash the chopped onion, diced jalapeño, and minced garlic until juicy and fragrant.
  2. Mash the avocados: Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into the bowl. Mash it to your desired level of creaminess—smooth or chunky, it’s up to you!
  3. Mix in the goodness: Stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice. Add Tajín seasoning to taste for that extra zing.
  4. Serve fresh: Enjoy your guacamole right away with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite tacos!
