Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed fruits (e.g., berries, mango, banana)
- 1 cup spinach or kale (optional)
- 1 cup yogurt or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ice cube trays or popsicle molds
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mixed fruits, spinach (if using), yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or popsicle molds.
- If using molds, insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 240-360 minutes until solid.
- To remove the treats, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds and gently pop them out.

Notes
For the best results, use ripe and sweet fruits, and consider freezing them before blending for a creamier texture.
