Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed fruits (e.g., berries, mango, banana)

  • Ice cube trays or popsicle molds


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mixed fruits, spinach (if using), yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or popsicle molds.
  3. If using molds, insert sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 240-360 minutes until solid.
  5. To remove the treats, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds and gently pop them out.
