Description

A customizable, fizzy dessert-drink fusion using protein-packed or dairy-free ice cream with flavorful sodas. Ideal for summer refreshment.


Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein or flavored ice cream
  • 1 cup artisan or sparkling soda (citrus, cold brew, berry, etc.)
  • Optional: crushed cookies, cacao nibs, almond butter, whipped cream, fresh herbs


Instructions

1. Scoop the ice cream into a tall glass.

2. Slowly pour soda over the scoop at an angle to control foam.

3. Wait for foam to settle if needed.

4. Top with your favorite garnishes (cookies, fruit, herbs).
