A creamy, high-protein Oreo fluff made with Greek yogurt, light whipped topping, and crushed Oreos. This no-bake dessert is ready in minutes, satisfies your sweet tooth, and supports your nutrition goals with fewer calories and extra protein.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) light whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup (240g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon (6g) sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia or another low-calorie sweetener
  • 6 Oreo cookies, crushed (about 66g)


Instructions

  1. Remove whipped topping from freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes until soft.

  2. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, pudding mix, and sweetener until smooth.

  3. Gently fold in the softened whipped topping with a rubber spatula.

  4. Crush Oreos into small chunks and fold them into the mixture.

  5. Transfer fluff to a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to thicken.

 

  • Serve cold and top with extra cookie crumbs if desired.
