Description

Satisfy your chocolate cravings without the carbs! This keto-friendly microwave brownie is incredibly fudgy, packed with protein, and ready in under 3 minutes. With only 6g of net carbs, it’s the perfect low-sugar, low-carb, and gluten-free treat to fit your lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Low-Carb Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Keto-friendly Sweetener (e.g., monk fruit, erythritol)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, thoroughly mix all dry ingredients (protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder).
  2. Add the egg and almond milk, and stir until the batter is completely smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  4. Microwave on high for 60-70 seconds. Since coconut flour can absorb a lot of moisture, be especially careful not to overcook.
  5. Let cool for a minute before enjoying. The center should be slightly gooey
  6. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving, if desired.
