Ingredients
- 1 scoop Low-Carb Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Keto-friendly Sweetener (e.g., monk fruit, erythritol)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 large Egg
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
- A pinch of flaky sea salt (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, thoroughly mix all dry ingredients (protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder).
- Add the egg and almond milk, and stir until the batter is completely smooth and free of lumps.
- Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 60-70 seconds. Since coconut flour can absorb a lot of moisture, be especially careful not to overcook.
- Let cool for a minute before enjoying. The center should be slightly gooey
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving, if desired.
