Description
Ready in just one minute, this gooey and delicious protein brownie is the perfect guilt-free fix for any chocolate craving. It packs over 25 grams of protein and tastes like a rich, fudgy brownie, making it the ideal post-workout treat or single-serving dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (Casein or a blend works best)
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp Sweetener of choice (e.g., erythritol, monk fruit)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 large Egg
- 1/4 cup Milk of choice (e.g., unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a small, microwave-safe mug or bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder) and mix well to prevent clumps.
- Add the egg and milk to the dry mixture and stir until a smooth batter is formed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
- Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Be careful not to overcook to maintain a gooey center. For a more lava-cake consistency, cook for less time; for a firmer, more cake-like texture, cook for a few seconds longer.
- Let the brownie rest for 20-30 seconds before enjoying.
