Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high or 400°F (200°C).
  2. Marinate the chicken in a bowl with teriyaki sauce, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Assemble the skewers by threading chicken and pineapple chunks, alternating between them.
  4. Cook on the grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, or bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Notes
