Delicious and easy-to-make skewers of marinated chicken and pineapple, perfect for summer barbecues and quick dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high or 400°F (200°C).
- Marinate the chicken in a bowl with teriyaki sauce, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Assemble the skewers by threading chicken and pineapple chunks, alternating between them.
- Cook on the grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, or bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For better flavor, marinate the chicken longer if possible. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
