Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)


Instructions

  1. Mix Marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Add the chicken chunks to the marinade. Let it sit for a minimum of 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. Preheat Grill: Bring your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Assemble Skewers: Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple, and bell peppers onto skewers, alternating as you go.
