Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh corn on the cob
  • Butter (unsalted or salted)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Optional seasonings (such as paprika, garlic powder, or grated Parmesan cheese)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk.
  3. Brush the corn with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil if desired, or place directly on the grill.
  5. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and nicely charred.
