A delicious and easy grilled corn on the cob recipe perfect for summer barbecues.
Ingredients
- Fresh corn on the cob
- Butter (unsalted or salted)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Optional seasonings (such as paprika, garlic powder, or grated Parmesan cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk.
- Brush the corn with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil if desired, or place directly on the grill.
- Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and nicely charred.
- Remove from the grill, unwrap (if wrapped), and serve with additional butter and seasoning if desired.
Notes
Feel free to use organic corn for a more flavorful option. Experiment with different seasonings for unique flavors.
