Ingredients
- 8 ounces rotini or penne pasta
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Prepare the Dressing: If making from scratch, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently until coated.
- Finish and Serve: Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and croutons if desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
For an extra kick, consider adding roasted cherry tomatoes or using fresh garlic in the dressing.
