Description
Tender and mouth-watering baby back ribs, perfect for family gatherings or barbecues with a deliciously sticky BBQ sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Remove the membrane from the backside of the ribs.
- Season the ribs generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Lay the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for about 150 to 180 minutes.
- Uncover the ribs and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For best results, remove the membrane from the ribs for maximum tenderness and let them rest after cooking.
