- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked

- Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Slather each breast with barbecue sauce, sprinkle with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and top with cooked bacon slices.
