  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Slather each breast with barbecue sauce, sprinkle with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and top with cooked bacon slices.
