A delightful blend of creamy yolks, zesty mustard, and perfect seasonings that elevate the classic deviled eggs into something truly special.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Optional: chopped chives or dill for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil, then turn off the heat, cover, and let the eggs sit for 12 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice water bath to cool completely.
  4. Peel the cooled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives or dill, if desired.
  8. Serve chilled for the best flavor!

Notes

For perfect hard-boiled eggs, add a splash of vinegar to the water to help make peeling easier. Using room temperature eggs can reduce cooking time.
