Ingredients
- Pork ribs
- Brown sugar
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a delicious dry rub.
- Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the dry rub.
- Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and cover with additional foil.
- Bake for 150 to 180 minutes until the ribs are fork-tender.
- Remove from the oven and brush with barbecue sauce.
- Return to the oven uncovered for another 30 minutes, brushing with more sauce as needed.
- Let the ribs rest for a few moments before serving.
Notes
For a smoky flavor, add a few drops of liquid smoke to the barbecue sauce.
