Ingredients
- 3 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen; thaw first if using frozen)
- 1 ⅓ cups vanilla yogurt or skyr
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Blend the mango chunks, yogurt, and maple syrup in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds and gently tap the molds to eliminate air pockets.
- Freeze the filled molds for at least 5 hours or overnight until solid.
