Ingredients
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 cups Herb Pub Cheese
- 4 tbsp half-and-half
- 40 white button mushrooms
- Slices of provolone cheese
- 1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse and dry the mushrooms thoroughly. Carefully remove the stems and gently scrape out the gills.
- Combine panko breadcrumbs, Herb Pub Cheese, and half-and-half in a mixing bowl. Mix well until creamy.
- Place the mushroom caps on a lined baking sheet and fill each cap generously with the creamy mixture, packing it in tightly.
- Top each stuffed mushroom with a slice of provolone cheese and a sprinkle of grated parmesan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until the filling is bubbling and the mushrooms are perfectly cooked. For a golden finish, you can broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes.
