Description
Refreshing lemonade popsicles perfect for hot summer days, easy to make and customizable for everyone.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup honey or organic cane sugar (adjust based on sweetness preference)
- 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest (finely zested from one lemon)
Instructions
- Whisk together the fresh lemon juice, honey (or sugar), lukewarm water, and lemon zest until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Insert sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 240 to 360 minutes, or ideally overnight.
- Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen and pull the popsicles out.
Notes
Store popsicles in an airtight container or wrap them individually in plastic wrap.
