Delightful lobster tails grilled with a tangy lemon pepper honey sauce, perfect for impressing guests or an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz) Lobster tails
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Coarse salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- 1 stick salted butter
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp honey
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 400°F.
- Prepare the lobster tails by drizzling with olive oil, and seasoning with coarse salt and black pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in lemon juice, black pepper, honey, minced garlic, and chopped parsley to create the lemon pepper honey butter.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, cooking for about 12 minutes or until the internal temperature hits 135°F.
- During the grilling, brush the lobster tails with your prepared lemon pepper honey butter.
- Remove from the grill and serve with additional butter sauce, if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the fridge. Reheat gently in the oven at 350°F.
