Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and hot sauce until well combined.
- Reserve a portion of the marinade for basting later.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 20-30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved marinade to enhance flavor.
- Once cooked through, remove from heat and serve immediately with fresh lime wedges on the side.
