  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and hot sauce until well combined.
  2. Reserve a portion of the marinade for basting later.
  3. Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 20-30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved marinade to enhance flavor.
