  • Fresh Basil: 1 cup, chopped
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil: ¼ cup
  • Balsamic Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt & Pepper: to taste
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes: optional, for heat


Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
  2. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
