Ingredients

  • 1 block of softened cream cheese
  • 2 diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 lb crispy chopped bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • BBQ rub
  • Twine


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 250°F.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, crispy bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Remove the skin from the salmon fillet and season it with BBQ rub.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
  5. Roll the salmon tightly from the tail end and secure it with twine.
  6. Sprinkle additional BBQ rub on the outside of the rolled salmon.
  7. Grill the pinwheels until the salmon is done and the filling is heated through.
