Ingredients
- 1 block of softened cream cheese
- 2 diced jalapeños
- 1/2 lb crispy chopped bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 salmon fillet
- BBQ rub
- Twine
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 250°F.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, crispy bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Remove the skin from the salmon fillet and season it with BBQ rub.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
- Roll the salmon tightly from the tail end and secure it with twine.
- Sprinkle additional BBQ rub on the outside of the rolled salmon.
- Grill the pinwheels until the salmon is done and the filling is heated through.
Notes
