Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice from 1 fresh lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate the salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish, pour the marinade over them, and let them marinate for at least 15-30 minutes for optimal flavor.
