Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 175°F (80°C).
  2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season generously with salt and black pepper.
  3. Lay lemon slices on top of the seasoned fillets for added zest.
  4. Add wood chips to the smoker. Place the salmon directly on the grill grate.
  5. Let it smoke for about 60-120 minutes, or until the salmon has reached your desired level of doneness.
