Description

Sticky-sweet, garlicky meatballs cooked in a slow cooker, perfect for parties or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium works great)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced (or garlic powder)
  • 28 oz fully cooked frozen meatballs
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped parsley, or cilantro


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Add meatballs and toss until coated.
  3. Transfer everything to the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on LOW for 180–240 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Taste the sauce at the end and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve as an appetizer, over rice, or in a sandwich.

Notes

If using raw meatballs, ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days, or freeze for up to 2–3 months.
