Description
Sticky-sweet, garlicky meatballs cooked in a slow cooker, perfect for parties or dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium works great)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced (or garlic powder)
- 28 oz fully cooked frozen meatballs
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped parsley, or cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Add meatballs and toss until coated.
- Transfer everything to the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 180–240 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste the sauce at the end and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve as an appetizer, over rice, or in a sandwich.
Notes
If using raw meatballs, ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days, or freeze for up to 2–3 months.
