  • 2 pounds baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced (or substitute with 2 tsp garlic powder)

  • Cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Once melted, pour in the honey, stirring until fully combined.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring continuously.
