Description
Delightful and refreshing homemade strawberry popsicles, perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar (or adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup coconut water or fruit juice (your choice)
Instructions
- Add the chopped strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and coconut water to a blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Taste the blend and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for a minimum of 240 minutes, or until solid.
- Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds before gently pulling them out to release the popsicles.
Notes
For variations, try adding mint leaves or yogurt to the mixture for different flavors.
