  • 2 ripe avocados

  • Salt to taste
  • Chips for serving


Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  3. Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth or leave it slightly chunky if preferred.

Notes

Guacamole is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Press plastic wrap onto the surface to minimize browning.
