- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Chips for serving
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth or leave it slightly chunky if preferred.
- Stir in the diced tomato, lime juice, cumin, and chopped onion.
- Season with salt to taste. Mix well.

Notes
Guacamole is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Press plastic wrap onto the surface to minimize browning.
