Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced (remove seeds for less heat)
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado to your preferred chunkiness using a fork.
- Add the diced tomato, jalapeño, onion, lime juice, and cilantro into the bowl.
- Gently mix all the ingredients together.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, salads, or grilled meats.
